“I started working with Stacey while I was in Dallas for work on a four-month project.My goals were to get back into a regular workout routine after an ankle injury, to get stronger and tone up, and to ultimately feel better about myself. Aside from that, I also wanted to learn how to use new equipment. We knew we had only a limited amount of time, so Stacey made sure all of our workouts were challenging yet fun. We met three times a week, and I can honestly say that I haven’t felt this fit and strong in a very long time! We continually added weight during strength training and gradually increases reps for exercises that were challenging for me (pull-ups, push-ups, etc). Stacey is awesome at providing modifications if something doesn’t feel right or if I didn’t feel like I was using the right muscles. She is positive and encouraging, and know show far you can push yourself (even if you don’t think so). I am sad to be done with this project in Dallas and that I won’t be able to meet with Stacey anymore, but the strength and confidence that I now have from working with her carry forward with me as I continue to workout on my own.
